There is a monster form of a creature called "tanhei" (it's "demonic" word's transcription)).

He would suck warm blood of miserable victims, if he could crawl to them, haha.

And man in black suit on this picture is also he. % ) 

The second "monster" guy (his name is Ksao) is his close friend and an immediate superior. )
